Transformer Oil Filtration

As we have already told and discussed about the advantages related to the filtration of transformer oil in our previous blog. (Transformer Oil Filtration - is it good or bad?) So, not going much in detail for the same, let us begin...

As there are various type of transformers available in market having specific job to perform leading to adverse effect to the transformer oil and to the transformer itself in the long run. So, we have categorized our filtration machines based on the requirement

Centrifugal Transformer Oil Filtration Machine

Centrifugal Filtration Machine for Transformer Oil

This transformer oil filtration machine is based on centrifuge technology that is 100% consumables free filtration machine. The machine comprises of gear pump, motor, starter, several sensing and indicating equipment and centrifuge. The user has a choice to go for fitment of additional optional accessories like heating chamber, flame proof motor etc. The machine filters the oil upto sub-micron level and has a good amount of sludge holding capacity. Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Single Stage

Filtration Machine for Transformer Oil - Single Stage

The single stage transformer oil filtration machine is suitable for treating the used transformer oil firstly by heating and then passing it through specially designed filter following with vacuum treatment which dehydrates and degasifies the oil to achieve the desired improvements after filtration as per IS 335-1993 for new transformer oil purification and IS 1866 for used transformer oil filtering.

It has single stage degasification to improve the desired parameters required for purification of used transformer oil. (Read more...)

Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Double Stage

The double stage transformer oil filtration machine is suitable for treating used transformer oil by first heating it and then passing it through specially designed filter and then subjecting it to vacuum treatment which dehydrates and degasifies the oil to achieve the desired improvements after filtration as per IS 335-1993 for new transformer oil purification and IS 1866 for used transformer oil filtering.

It has double stage degasification, two stage filtration along with high vacuum and low temperature of oil for achieving desired parameters required for purification of used transformer oil. (Read more...)

Transformer Oil Reclamation / Regeneration Machine

Reclamation / regeneration machine for transformer oil regenerates aged transformer oils into new condition fulfilling the required standard. Transformer oil regeneration machine is built with variable capacity and sorbent reactivation capability. This machine completely restores dielectric oil to original condition and cleans the solid insulation.

  • Regeneration is 20% to 50% cheaper than new oil.
  • Life extension with efficiency boost.
  • Removal of corrosive sulfur (DBDS) and deterioration products.
  • No downtime due to online & offline regenerating capabilities.

  • The reclamation /regeneration machine is suitable for treating transformer oil and it will make it new with the help of reclamation bags and than by heating it and passing it through specially designed filter and subjecting it to ultra high vacuum treatment which dehydrates and degasifies the oil to achieve following improvements after filtration as per IS 335-1993 for new transformer oil purification and IS 1866 for used transformer oil filtering. Bio Toilet - Working and Advantages

Bio toilet disintegrates and decomposes the human waste into water and biogas. The decomposition is carried out by bacteria in the Bio-digestion tank. Bio-toilets are environment-friendly and reduces the sewage problem and also reduces the water consumption in the toilets. As traditional toilets requires 3-6 litres of flushing, but bio-toilet requires only .5 to 1 liters. Working of Bio Toilet Bio-toilets contains of two parts, one is the toilet cabin and other is the Bio Digester Tank. The toilet outlet is connected with digester tank. The bio digester tank is divided into multiple sections to process the human waste in different stages. Once the human waste is flushed through the toilet, the waste goes into the bio digester tank. The Anaerobic bacteria present in the bio digester tank starts to digest the human waste. These anaerobic materials can withstand a long range of temperatures ranging from  -40⁰C to 45⁰C . These anaerobic bacteria decompose the human waste

Transformer Oil Filtration - is it good or bad?

A static device which transfers electrical energy from one circuit to another through the process of electromagnetic induction is know as Transformer. It is most commonly used to increase or decrease voltage levels between circuits. Since transformer oil also know as insulating oil works as a coolant also, so it has to be stable at very high temperatures, in both electrical and chemical conditions. Therefore, the transformer oil must have a high flash point of about 140° Celsius or higher, a low pour point of about -30° Celsius or less, and a dielectric breakdown voltage of about 28 to 30 kilo volts or higher. Advantages of Transformer Oil Filtration The transformer oil filtration becomes necessary as with time the transformer oil or insulation oil gets contaminated with dirt, moisture and dissolved gases. The timely and regular filtration of transformer oil ensures longer transformer's life. Transformer oil filtration process not only maintains but also increases its

    Happy Indian Army Day 2022

Indian Army   Day is observed every year on 15 January. It is celebrated to acknowledge the importance of, and honour our nation's army. The date 15 January marks the day when General (later Field Marshal) K M Carriappa took over the command of Army from General Sir FRR Bucher, the last British Commander-in-Chief in 1949.
